Vittude Insights identifies risk groups , monitors claims and helps companies allocate healthcare investment efficiently .
Vittude , a leader in the development and strategic management of mental health programs for companies , has just launched Vittude Insights , a data intelligence software designed to ensure the effectiveness of investments in employee mental health care initiatives .
The solution provides a qualified analysis of data collected on its online platform , in its mobile application and also in the integration of external occupational health databases and health operators , generating accurate insights for efficient allocation of resources and adoption of co-ordinated care protocols aimed at the best health outcome for employees . The main objective is to provide companies with the necessary expertise to transform health data into Corporate Intelligence .
With the software , contracting companies can monitor adherence to psychotherapeutic treatment and the clinical progress of each team member . They can identify risk areas and use tools to implement action plans aimed at building a cognitively sustainable work environment .
These plans are supported by mental health care coordinator programs , which may include subsidizing psychotherapy sessions , providing psychiatric follow-up , covering medication costs and offering support from a multidisciplinary team .
In March 2022 , the World Health Organization ( WHO ) released a global mapping of mental disorders that indicated a 25 % growth in the prevalence of anxiety and depression among the post-COVID-19 global population . In 2023 , the INSS recorded a 38 % increase in absences due to mental disorders , accounting for more than 288,000 people being away from the labor market .
This is a launch that makes me completely emotional .
Tatiana Pimenta , CEO of Vittude
“ Over the last two years , we have observed a significant increase , not only in the volume of mental disorders , but also in their severity , including a greater screening of suicidal thoughts among employees and their dependents ,” said Luckas Reis , Head of Psychology at Vittude .
“ In 2023 , several companies were impacted by significant adjustments in the premium paid to health insurers and also saw an increase in the Accident Prevention Factor ( FAP ), a multiplier that supports the calculation of a contribution that is levied on the companies ’ payroll to fund special pensions and benefits resulting from work accidents .
