Banco Bmg deploys voice biometrics via WhatsApp
Banco Bmg in Brazil has implemented voice biometrics via WhatsApp for the security of its customers .
With the help of Minds Digital , the Voice IDtech pioneer , the bank now offers more convenience and security to its customers .
According to the bank , 93 % of registered customers are already authenticating by voice and being served faster , generating convenience for the user and a secure experience .
“ Banco Bmg customers can now enjoy fluid and secure biometric authentication when using the popular messaging app to check balances , with automated service provided by Blip , a smart conversation platform ,” said Vinícius Ferrari , Customer Experience Coordinator at Bmg .
“ We want to foster an era of safer , more efficient and end-customer-centric banking interactions . Our idea is that , with the help of Minds Digital , we will be able to enhance the service via WhatsApp , aiming to bring more security to our users with the use of voice biometrics .”

Voice biometric authentication on WhatsApp eliminates the need for complex passwords and codes , providing a more user-friendly and efficient approach to transaction security on the channel .
NetSPI achieves 30 % growth in 2023 for partner program
NetSPI , a global leader in proactive security , is celebrating the achievements of its Partner Program in 2023 , which experienced double-digit growth . The company achieved a 30 % year-over-year increase in partnersourced revenue and doubled the number of opportunities .
New partners have also more than doubled in 2023 , with over 70 % of NetSPI ’ s active partners having joined since the launch of the new Partner Program . In 2023 NetSPI gained 86 new partners , including Optum , Defy Security and BMC .
